Contract customers receive priority service over non-contract customers

You will no longer have to worry about when is the right time to do what... We will come to your house and take care of your lawn and landscape at the right time
Lower monthly payments.
Payments are spread over twelve months, making it easier to budget your lawn and landscape expenses.
Complimentary services.
Contract customers receive complimentary landscape design services and discounts on installation or repair services.
Monthly Statements.
Contract customers receive one statement every other month... around the 1st-15th of that month detailing the services provided the previous period and additional services not covered in the contract are billed separately.

We have plans for everyone...choose weekly or bi-monthly, pay for a year and save or simply pay monthly...choose additional option such as mulch beds kept at 2in. thick, or Summer annuals being refurbished as needed...


DISCOUNTS
Sing for more than month to month and SAVE. If you sign for 3months you save 5%, 6mo=10%, 9mo=12% and 12mo=15%. Sign for a term lengthand still pay full price if you want fertilizer and pre-emergent. If you don't want the fertilizer and pre-emergent you can save each month, depending on how long you signed up for. (ie) If your normal rate is $85/mo and you don't care much about fertilizer or pre-emergent, then sign up for 12months and save 15% off each month making your new monthly fee $72.25. But...if you do want the frtilizer and pre-emergent no discount will be applied.
